The Head of Search marketing is responsible for the development and execution of digital media planning and strategic excellence within our agency. You will partner up with our stakeholders to understand digital marketing & search needs, overcome challenges, manage the search team, report and drive results in terms of numbers. You will need to develop a deep understanding of clients’ business goals and execute successful SEM campaigns with your team to exceed them. These goals will include achieving target front-end CPLs, tracking back-end lead quality, managing budgets effectively, as well as testing routinely, meticulously and prudently. As a leader of the division, you will have a tremendous amount of autonomy and responsibility, and therefore must have conviction in your actions and (client) communications.
The Fightclub was recently founded by innovation entrepreneur Michiel Mol, Stefan Nuijten and Maarten Elshove. We are the place where innovation and digital media result in winning numbers in terms of business. To achieve this we develop platforms for web and mobile, activation strategies and social campaigns.
