Senior Client Manager Performance

Working as a Senior Client Manager Performance at The Fightclub, means you are responsible for the performance strategy on some of the "large accounts" and the performance / output of the online marketing team. In some cases you will manage the launch of a new performance driven campaign or for example a 360 degrees on-going strategy. Your ability to think and establish priorities in any situation is crucial to ensure smooth progressions and results. In addition, we expect in this role, strong initiative when it comes to optimizing the (performance) team, customers and support new business. You will work on clients like DPD Netherlands, Tango, Verfwinkel.nl, Home Health Products, Goodyear Dunlop, ManpowerGroup etcetera.

What we are looking for:

  • Great knowledge of digital 360 strategies, analytics, adwords, affiliate and social media marketing;
  • Minimum 3 years experience within a digital agency;
  • Team player with leadership skills and empathy;
  • Very well organized and always on time;
  • Experience and interested in new media, development and online marketing;
  • Has customer satisfaction and performance at number one;
  • Speaks and writes fluent English and Dutch;
  • Working under pressure is not a problem for you;
