Senior Social Media manager

The Fightclub is seeking a Senior Social Media manager to lead the strategic visioning and execution of a cutting edge social media strategies. We are looking for a passionate, ambitious professional who is highly motivated, an innovative and creative thinker, and a strategic, organized and solution-oriented thinker. You need to have a deep understanding of analytics and research, as well as creative best practices and content nuances, in order to drive strategy and track and measure success. This candidate will be a super communicator, with a deep knowledge of current and upcoming social media platforms and proven experience building and managing content calendars, large-scale communities, paid media ads and budgets, partnering and managing top-tier influencer relationships.

The Fightclub was recently founded by innovation entrepreneur Michiel Mol, Stefan Nuijten and Maarten Elshove. We are the place where innovation and digital media result in winning numbers in terms of business. To achieve this we develop platforms for web and mobile, activation strategies and social campaigns.

 

What we are looking for:

  • Carry out and evolve clients social media plans and strategies;
  • Develop and activate the paid media budgets and monitor/report monthly;
  • Minimum 3 years experience as an social media professional;
  • Team player with leadership skills;
  • Very well organized and always on time;
  • Lead the development of social media plans and execution;
  • Has customer satisfaction at number one;
  • Manages relationship with clients, platform providers and influencers;
  • Speaks and writes fluent English and Dutch;
